Career wise, I’ve done it all – from working at start ups to Fortune 100 companies, from management consulting firms to nonprofits. And I’ve done it all all over the world – London, Tokyo, Johannesburg, Bangkok, Boston and New York City are some of the places I’ve lived and worked.
I’ve had exciting jobs and professional success. But often professional success came at the expense of personal happiness and my own wellbeing. Based on my experiences, I wanted to be an inspiring leader who fosters professional fulfillment (success + joy + meaning) in others. But, how?
After years of studying and practicing positive psychology, I discovered achieving professional fulfillment and personal happiness for myself and fostering it for others takes being self-aware and having a positive, growth mindset. With a mindful approach to my own leadership style, I was able to bring out the best in others, increasing engagement and productivity on my teams.
I appreciate now that mindset is the difference between existing and living an inspired life. Good news – your mindset is 100% under your control. Bad news – your mindset is one of the hardest things to control.
With that in mind, I launched The Brimful Life to inspire professionals and leaders – and make it easy – to approach life with a renewed mindset, to realize new possibilities and to never settle in your pursuit of a work and home life filled with joy, meaning and wellbeing. Please take advantage of my ideas, advice, products and services to live life fully.
