Spending most of my career dreading Mondays inspired my obsession for helping people fill their workday to the brim with joy and meaning.
I’ve had an amazing career leading teams at Fortune 100 companies and around world. But through it all, I suffered from burnout. Searching for a better way to exist, I started learning about positive psychology – the scientific study of what makes humans thrive. When I integrated these principles into my day-to-day, I became a more positive and inspiring leader. I consistently increased employee engagement and as a result, the bottom line!
My first-hand experience with building thriving workplace cultures by transforming my own leadership mindset inspired me to combine my expertise in positive psychology and diversity and inclusion with my professional experience as a management consultant and executive to help leaders be their best and bring out the best in others.
In my Personal Life
I live a brimful life by spending time with my husband and three kids and with running, speed skating and watching cooking competition shows on TV which is ironic because I really hate to cook. And just like the clients I serve, I’m continuously seeking to learn and grow and positively impact others.
