Schedule

Each week a team of 15 career catalysts (expert coaches, wise guides and inspiring speakers) will guide your exploration of a theme designed to help you define success on your own terms, lead with what inspires you, expand your belief of what’s possible and give you the courage to embrace change.

Week 1: Start with Your Spark

Achieving more joy and meaning through your work starts with becoming more of who you are rather than changing who you are. Rediscover what you are uniquely good at and what gives you energy and learn to play to your strengths.

Week 2: Dare to be Great

Self-sabotage is common. We tend to focus on why not and what can go wrong instead of what can go right. Learn techniques to not let fear and your inner critic limit what is possible.

Week 3: Dance with the Unknown

All change starts with an initial step. It doesn’t have to be big and it doesn’t have to be right. Boost your resilience to learn from mistakes, confidently embrace the unknown, don't over-think or second-guess and enjoy the journey along the way.
